Bellatrix SME Finance (PTY) Ltd is a Namibian registered financial service provider offering bridging finance facilities (Loans) to Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) with supply contracts or purchase orders from central government, local government (regional and town councils), state-owned companies, and reputable private companies.

Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) with supply contracts or purchase orders usually struggles to secure finance to buy material pay for transport labor to deliver on these purchase orders. Existing funding facilities offered by commercial banks have strict requirements in the form of collaterals and a good financial track record.

The Bellatrix’s facility provides funds to SME with a purchase order (supply contracts or tenders) to supply goods or to complete a construction or engineering project. Upon the completion of the project and receipt of proceeds there-of, Bellatrix Capital will then deduct the principal amount advanced to the SME and the interest earned.
