The Bellatrix’s facility provides funds to SME with a purchase order (supply contracts or tenders) to supply goods or to complete a construction or engineering project. Upon the completion of the project and receipt of proceeds there-of, Bellatrix Capital will then deduct the principal amount advanced to the SME and the interest earned.

Mr. Rafael Kalumbu
Mr. Rafael KalumbuManaging Director & Principal Officer
Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from University of the Witwatersrand. He started his career at Rossing Uranium Limited in 2014 where he spent 5 years in various mining operation areas. Rafael is a director and co-founder of KAMA Financial Services (PTY) Ltd, a microlending company that is providing short-term personal loans to permanently employed individuals. Rafael is a Trustee of Easi Trust (a private equity Trust) and he is also a founding member of Namibia Investment Fund (a Namibian angel fund).
Mr. Megameno Shetunyenga, CA
Mr. Megameno Shetunyenga, CANon-executive Director
Megameno is a Portfolio Manager at MUMI Investment Managers and joined in 2019. He is a former Director of Research and Securities at Simonis. Megameno served as an Investment Research Analyst at Simonis Storm, assisting with investment analysis across different asset classes, with a special focus on Namibian and South Africa listed equities. In addition, Megameno also served as Lexus Securities Group (holding company of Simonis Storm Security) Finance Manager, overseeing overall finance of the group and providing strategic growth inputs. Megameno is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed his 3 years articles with PwC Namibia. He is passionate about investments and is a CFA Level 2 candidate.
Mr. Arinze U. Okafor, CFA
Mr. Arinze U. Okafor, CFA Non-executive Director
Arinze holds a MSC in Investment and Finance from University of London and is a CFA charter holder. Arinze is currently the Chief Investment Officer of Mopane Asset Management. Prior to that he was a portfolio manager at the Bank of Namibia for a number of years where he managed over N$2 billion (USD130 million) of Namibia’s foreign reserves. He has sound knowledge of financial markets, risk management and economics. He has keen interests in entrepreneurship and business development.
