Mr. Shetugwana holds a Master of International Business from Monash University in Malaysia and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management Sciences from the University of Pretoria.

Mr. Shetugwana began his career journey with Eos Capital as an Intern, where he swiftly progressed through the ranks, serving as an Analyst, Associate, and ultimately being promoted to the role of Senior Associate. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in the investment process, spearheading commercial due diligence activities and financial modelling for acquisitions. Notably, he demonstrated his expertise in the agricultural and health sectors, actively supporting the origination and execution of transactions in these sectors. Additionally, Mr. Shetugwana showcased his exceptional communication and fundraising abilities by pitching to numerous Limited Partners (LPs) and successfully raising capital for Namibia's inaugural agriculture fund.

Currently, Mr. Shetugwana holds the position of Senior Manager for Investment Analysis at the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB). In this role, he serves as a specialist advisor, offering valuable guidance and support to investors and NIPDB teams. His primary focus lies in delivering projects and investment opportunities while promoting existing prospects within the private sector.
